We have been so busy this summer that it seems like forever since I have gotten on here!! I have been trying to finish up my 3rd year rotations and begin studying for boards (last set to pass before finally becoming a doctor...yay!!). We have made some time to spend together as a family though, which is so important!
In July, we went to our usual beach, Oak Island, for a week long vacation (well...Kevin and Laci had a bit over a week with my family and I only had about 4 days since I had to fly back home to continue my endocrine rotation). We always go during 4th of July week and I just love watching the fireworks over the ocean! This year, we drove into Myrtle Beach to go to Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure on the 4th of July. So much fun there! It was hot as all getout, but we had a blast!
